Role of MRI in pre-operative staging of endometrial cancer: A diagnostic accuracy study

Endometrial cancer (EC) is a commonly occurring among post-menopausal women. Pre-treatment imaging of the extent disease can influence decisions in management EC. MRI with its diffusion weighted (DW) images help better depiction primary tumour, local extension and extrauterine spread to peritoneum lymph nodes.
